Usage Rights

• Modify and adapt the code
• Distribute your applications
• Open source your implementations

Data Usage

We use your data to:

• Improve our AI systems
• Provide better support
• Fix technical issues

Enterprise Users

Enterprise customers get special treatment:

• We don't use their data for training
• They get custom data agreements

User Accounts

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Any problems with generated code, including:
  • Bugs or security issues
  • Code that doesn't work as expected
  • Code that causes problems with other systems
  • Code that becomes outdated
• Problems with our AI system, including:
  • Incorrect or incomplete code generation
  • Misunderstanding your requirements
  • Generating inefficient solutions
  • Not following best practices
• Platform issues, including:
  • Service interruptions
  • Slow performance
  • Lost projects or data
  • Interface problems
• Business impact, including:
  • Problems from using generated code in production
  • Time spent fixing generated code
  • Project delays
  • Integration problems
• Third-party issues, including:
  • Problems with external services
  • License issues
  • Security problems in dependencies
  • API changes
• Data problems, including:
  • Lost code or prompts
  • Data leaks
  • Privacy issues
  • Compliance problems

Our total liability to you cannot exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months. Some laws may not allow these limitations, so they might not apply to you.
